Using 100% New Zealand wool as a weed mat roll offers several benefits for soil health and weed control.
The fleece wool roll is made from 100% fleece wool right here from our farm in Central Hawke’s Bay. This wool does contain small parts of vegetable matter (plant material) which is found naturally as the ewes are surrounded by large areas of dense native forests on the farm. All wool is scoured/ cleaned before being processed into the matting it is today.
The fleece wool is naturally whiter in appearance.
