OH HEY EWE
100% NZ Wool products
Floating Peaks are proud as punch to bring you 100% NZ Wool Products. From humble beginnings in 2022, we now turn our entire ewe clip into the gift product range we have today.
As a couple of young (ish) farmers our love affair with wool is 24/7. By day you will find us and our two young girls working on 419 hectares of steep hill country where we farm sheep and beef. By night we are frolicking away in the spare bedroom creating your Floating Peaks products.
From our farm - to your garden, we are there every step of the way.

Garden with a difference.
-
Did you know our wool only travels roughly 500 km in a round trip from our farm?
-
Once wool has two points of contact with soil, enzymes get to work and breakdown wool leaving nothing but essential nutrients for your soil to flourish.
-
Happy sheep, sunshine & grass allows our flock to produce natures best fibre all year round.
From innovation to education and every weed in between, we have something for you.
Wool Pole Protector
-
Unlike traditional pole protectors that are made of non-biodegradable plastic, ours are made with real New Zealand wool.
-
Our wool pole protectors have been trialed since 2022. Taking what we have learnt over the years, we have commenced our final round of trials in 2024.
Wool Weed Mat & Rolls

Education: The Wool Journey
-
Go behind the scenes and learn all about the journey of wool — from paddock to product.
-
While learning about sheep and wool production, our resource pack gives you the chance to apply your knowledge by making your very own wool pot, showcasing the benefits of wool firsthand.
Backyards to big yards we have ewe covered.
Our garden and gift products are crafted from the fleeces of 1,400 ewes, shorn annually. We take great pride in our commitment to being the best farmers we can be by ensuring our ewes receive the best possible care throughout the year. Embracing a "paddock to product" philosophy, we oversee every step of the process to deliver the highest quality products from our farm to your garden.
